THURSDAY NIGHT PIONEER, $5 Entry -6PM
FRIDAY NIGHT MAGIC STANDARD, $5 Entry -6PM
FRIDAY NIGHT MAGIC DRAFT, $15 Entry – 6 PM
SUNDAY COMMANDER OPEN PLAY, FREE! ALL DAY
Let’s take a look at how our metagames shaped up last week!
“We had 18 players for Pauper last week. It was an interesting mix of decks and surprisingly NO BOGGLES this week, after a strong showing last week!
Here’s the archetype breakdown:
Mono Blue Terror ended up with the 3-0 this week and the other top players decided to split in the 2-0 bracket.” –KAYLA
“24 players for Pioneer this week.
Here’s the archetype breakdown:
Note that our meta is very diverse, and while there are a few decks that see higher numbers, it’s important to show that you can basically bring whatever you want to a Pioneer event and expect to do pretty decently.
Table 1 in the last round, Glen W. playing Spirits and Monty with a UW Lotus Field Control Deck. The feature match drew in the finals and the only undefeated player left after 3 rounds was Ian Ashley playing BR Midrange.” –Gabe
Also, be sure to check out our Twitch streams for weekly events to watch all the LGS action from home!
A reminder we have a Pioneer RCQ coming up this weekend Saturday the 15th. If you haven’t earned your RC invite yet, this is one to check out!
Set your calendars because the legendary RIW Hobbies Taco Bar and $1K Series returns July 26th with a Pauper event. Looking forward to another big summer tournament!
